It's been years since I've played Ragnarok. I had to stop because of my job and college, and to be honest, I forgot I even really played this game. I was a hardcore player, and was always in love with it because of the community. I've recently noticed I've had enough time to play games again, so here I am!

Right now I'm dling the game client, so I figured I'd ask a couple things! Mostly this: Is the Ymir Server (VIP one from what I saw) active? Also, how is the economy in game now?

I won't bombard you with endless questions, so I'll end with this. Hello again Ragnarok, goodbye free time, and I can't wait to meet some of you in game!

Community wise there around 500-800 normally logged onto Ymir and around 3000 logged onto Valk. Noted that Ymir is going to be, for the most part, bot free. As for the economy it just depends on how you look at it. Many prices on God items have drastically decreased, therefore gearing a 150 character will be costly but can be done. Really its all about how fast you want to do it. Weither you decied to use real money to buy kafra points, and sell goods to make zeny. Or if you want to make your money in game.

On another note Welcome Back! I dont know how long its been since you last played, but if it was in the prerenewal era there are a lot of changes!

Many bots farm msc. items drastically dropping the price on Valk. So if you were into farming items to vend i would recommend playing on Ymir.

I appreciate the help a lot buddy! I may have been gone that long, I don't recall.

I spose I'll take a shot at the Ymir server. I'd prefer to not have bots! I'm not sure how I'll raise up money, I need to figure out first what I'm playing I guess! =D See you guys soon.

How I make my money is game is by collecting eden merit badges. You can collect these by doing Turn in Quests from Gramps in Eden Group room. You need to be at least level 70 to do these quests. If you are VIP you get 4 badges after turning in the two killing quests. You can then trade in eight eden merit badges for one reset stone. And reset stones sell for around 4 million a peice. What I did was created 5-6 characters in turn in range so I could collect several reset stones a week. After a few months of this I made over 100m zeny. Noted, leveling a character is a lot easier in this day and age. So I'd recommend playing rangarok to its full extent by having some ALTs!!
