I'm sitting at 192 aspd on my ranger, trying to hit 193. Currently my WW boots and suit are uncarded, and I'm not sure what would be best to achieve 193 aspd

WW boots I'm lost at

What would be the best cards to put in these pieces?

Edit: Also, is 192 aspd enough to hit lock an MVP or is 193 necessary?

Boots: odium of thanatos if you can upgrade them high enough.
And 193 is necessary.

Headgear can also help if you use the demon mask+incu/succu horn combo I think is the best for aspd although I could be wrong.

Yeah that's the headgear combo I'm using currently. I'm hoping with ancient mimic and the boots I will reach 193 aspd

Enriched Celermine Juice if you don't use it. They are so cheap to make! 10% ASPD boost that stacks with Awakes!

Also, with 120 Base Agi and fully buffed, you won't need the Demon Mask+Incubus Horns. I use a Sniper Goggle with Phylla card and I can get 193 ASPD no problem.

if we have 120 agi and WWS set not enchant and sniper hat and without any buff how many we have aspd?

+11 and I already get 193 ASPD.

With a +14, you can totally do just 110 AGI and go for more Vitality and you have a viable WoE Ranger that can survive (somewhat) and also be able to kill. ^_^
