Guys it's a re-release of a product from days gone past. There's alot of data to filter through and trust me, missing a simple text edit when they had to edit 4 files per item plus the listings file is quite easy, should be thankful we got this much for the time being. on a side note

How is an error disrespectful in anyway. That's like saying you got a box with a small tear in it. A simple "hey guys you forgot to edit the description" would have sufficed. No need to thbreaten them with the BBB unless you really want them shhut down?

Perhaps u didnt read properly "only available through 2011 summer splash promotion". Which year is it now?

• New this year for players that are 180+ is a new wand "Wonder Egg" available as a random drop in Orlo.
  
• The Wonder Egg was created by Feuer and added for this years Easter Event.

So, is that wand a map drop or what? It sounds like that's what it is.

Another disrespect from from gravity towards customer is whenever they release a patch/update which had obvious bugs! Are they expecting customer to do the QA for them?

as for the Trilby i agree with you, although i spend a horrible amount of Zulies for one of the hats. It took a few month to get so much zulies.
But after all it's a game with gamemoney and i wish i could make some reallifemoney as nearly as fast as ingame...

Allow me to explain.

In order to add an item the dev team needs to

Design Mesh
Design Texture
Add item to VFS
Add item to ZSC
Add item to STL
Add item to Server files
Add item to drop list

Now do that for all the items that where added and tell me you don't miss something. It's not disrespectful it's just a mistake. You don't get chastised for missing a question on a piece of homework, it just happens.

And yes, I have PLENTY more ideas lol. I just submit a few here n there.

Feuer, it could've been added to the same item list as Faith items, never to come back(unless a new contract was made).

That is beside the point, it isn't the item coming back that is our problem.

It's when the powers-that-be go "THIS ITEM IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME" then the item comes back. This is now the 2nd case of it being a problem.

Mini WDW - An Event item, that is not item mall and only available for a certain time reintroduced into Item Mall.

Now, White Fedora, which was a special promotion for 2011 Summer Splash, reintroduced.

Simple things like this get overlooked....makes you wonder else gets overlooked.

Yup the White Trilby got into the box.
I did realize that the item was given out last summer, but I didn't realize that the description stated what it did and made it seem locked to only the UGC promotion.
The availability until now was just through that promotion, right now I am not sure if we are going to remove it from the box or not.

Help me understand a little more? Did you buy the Box of Hats? Check your Equipement Tab of your Inventory when you open it the hats will go there.

Sounds to me like you haven't patched fully maybe.
Close ROSE and patch, make sure it patches and says you are at patch 396.

If you are already at 396, you will need to then run the Check All in the Settings button.

Replace it with the Pink [GM] Hat with GM written across the middle of the hat. It was only available for GMs, but whatever; we can pretend to forget that part.


Sorry, I congrats you for your first item into the game, Feuer.

Didn't mean to rain on your parade. (I was still one of the ones who supported your design and creation for Karkia, you were gonna make a monster after some random name I made up).

It's still pretty retarded how lackluster this "professional" group is.
