so i enchanted my mora ww manteau and i got 'atk1' for the first enchant. the description says "increases dmg to enemies by 1%" and my second enchant was 'ATK3%' with the description "ATK +3%" lol. which is better? im guessing with 115 dex and improve conc and a +12 elven, the second enchant is better? is it worth keeping? any info wud be aweosme!

Imma guess that the first enchant is post-reduction (i.e. final) damage after armor, VIT, etc has been taken into account, and the second enchant is for pre-reduction damage output.

mmn. well, its not too bad an enchant still though, right? i mean a shackleball+shackles gives 50 atk and that alrdy gives quite a bit of a boost to arrow storm. and thats pre-reduction atk too no? so the ATK+3% shouldnt be too bad?
