Is anyone else unable to send/receive zeny in the mail? I'll get the confirmation of it being sent, and no notification on my other account (or anything in my inbox, AT ALL) about receiving anything. Please help. ><

i got the same problem weeks ago. sent in a ticket got got a reply.

you have to clean out the receiver's mailbox of the old mails that you've already received. log back into that char a few minutes later and you should have the zeny.

the cause of the problem seems to be insufficient space for additional mails.

no dont send ticket.....go n delete all the prev mails....n then login....u will get the mail!

I lost a Bloody Axe in the mail system... they didn't care. Created 2 tickets, both times they ignored it.

That's what he said. He sent in a ticket and that was the solution they sent back an was shared.

Have you tried the solution said here? Are all the old mails cleared out so it shows up? If that doesn't work then send in another ticket saying you have done that.
