Yes A Question about the silent breeze skill Eira achieves at level 137

Recovers a target's HP and inflicts Silence on upon them, preventing all skill use. Removes other status effects from the target. HP Recovery is determined by the homunculus' Level and MATK. Both the homunculus and target are inflicted with Silence status.
The following status effects are removed:

• Howling of Mandragora
• Harmonize, Deep Sleep
• Siren's Voice
• Sleep
• Chaos
• Hallucination

1) Ok My Question Is, Does This Silence Effect Work/ or Bypass Even You Have 100 vit? (Causes Silence Immunity)

2) If it Does not work, Is it possible to actially use this skill on urself?

Silence is blocked normally. In fact, the homun will never be silenced because it will have immunity by the time it gets it.

1) My Genetic with 94 Vit can get silenced by Silent Breeze.
My Eira has never been silenced by Silent Breeze. (By casting it anyhow, itself is not an applicable target)

2) ... If what doesn't work?
Your Eira can target your Genetic, you just must Shift-Click.
The Eira cannot target itself (nor other Homunc) however.

The heal is rather lame. It's only 5 points of HP per Base Level and Hunger Level of Eira. (MATK has no effect on it)
So the max heal you can get is Lv150 + 100 hunger = 1250.
While the minimum value would be Lv137 + 1 Hunger = 690

I sometimes use this in conjunction with Chaotic Blessing Lv3 to heal up my Alchemist (usually after being BBed in OD2)
Only when doing nothing important, and when I'm in no rush (when rushing, I'd rather Inn/White+Aid Pot).
It saves me effort of pulling out a Light Epsilon. But I wouldn't want to get silenced if I was using it in a dungeon, and end up dieing because of my Eira healing me for the above puny heals.

Also; I never tested any of the status effects.
The only one I did try was Curse status. And Silent Breeze did not get rid of the status.
Eventually I'll try most of them on the list.
