You reply to a support ticket by viewing it at support.warpportal.com, and replying there - I don't recall the specifics, but it was pretty obvious once viewing the ticket on the support site. (there should be a link straight to viewing your ticket on the support site it in the email notification).
The support site is often _very_ slow, to the point where it sometimes fails to work at all. Keep trying.
I've inquired about why the support site is so miserably slow, and the best response i've gotten was a vague answer about security.
