fair cheap maybe isilla for AS int plus

Isilla won't benefit you any more than a Elder Willow card. Aside from Arrow Storm not having fixed cast time, it only procs on magic attacks.
I would say Phylla simply because the +1 AGI/DEX is helpful for any build. Though, a Nightmare card gives +1 AGI and is vastly cheaper. It all depends on your build, though.
