This is just getting out of hand.

GM should disable to vending skill in Eden Group HQ


when i go in Eden, specially 1st floor, is to take some quests and find parties for my TI's, not to shop.
We were doing fine before with Pront and Alde being the main towns to shop (vend & buy) so why invade the Eden Group HQ.

i know it's a good place because a lot of player pass by but if i really want to buy something, i'll go shop in pront where it's always been.
95% (if not 99%) of the vending beeing done on the 2nd floor of Eden are upgrades related which i have no objection with (as long as it stays that way)
But if my suggestion means that there are no more vending at all on both floors then so be it, i'll be more than happy.

You can't even make the difference between R> chat and vendors.

Yeah or maybe set an auction house in hugel since you want to get more players there anyway that way merch's won't complain and ppl can walk freely through Eden

Either the GM's do something about this or i'm not renewing VIP or buying anything more from the kafra shop.

I do admit it is getting a lil annoying with the flooding of all the vendors.....Hardly see party recruitment chats anymore.

Would be nice if the skill can be disabled in Eden but I doubt that will happen, however I am mainly speaking for the first floor of eden only at least because the flood of vendors down there is insane!
Second floor vendors however is not as bad because they are all mashed up in the corner in a nice neat lil line, and there is not that many of them.

An Auction house would be great seeing as home 60-80% of iro Population seems to be vendors..
I also agree with the kicking of vendors from Eden, they just bog up the room where people are trying to get parties going.

I believe there is an auction house in ragnarok, Its just nobody uses it

yah, no one uses it (the auction house)

vendors will always go where most of people are. It's understandable. But it's a problem if the location where they are is ment for other purpose. (in this case, making/findind parties for TIs because that's where the NPC are for TI)

If they remove the fee for the auction house as well as move it to a better area more noticeable then perhaps people will want to use it?

I don't know just a suggestion, whatcha think?

Last time I tried to use the auction house to place an item in there for even a minute was a ridiculous price.

it's not a question of Auctions anyways. People are *VENDING/BUYING*. It's visual pollution.

When they auction, they do it in chat Box, which i dont mind, untill 50 ppl auction in Eden HQ.

Visual Pollution indeed. I think vending should be banned altogether in eden. After coming back after a 3 week hiatus, and stumbling onto what has become of the second floor of eden (ygg), I feel like we are being hounded by merchies everywhere. When KingBAne aka ragial.com was first implemented, vendors stuck to the top right corner, which wasn't too bad. Now, they are everywhere. They cluster all the way from the top right corner to the stairs, so you can't even pass by without accidentally clicking on their vend signs, they surround the kafra storage person, invade the couches where people would normally sit/chill/chat comfortably with friends and people in general. It's gradually becoming first floor all over again, of course, back when vending was possible. I find this quite upsetting, particularly losing my usual hang-out spot to vendors.
