so this has been bothering me lately. blinding mist gives the chance for skills to miss when in it. So when fighting a sura and in blinding mist and they cast goh on you and it misses it does not register that they used a skill it just like nothing happened. so what i say is that if a sura cast goh in blinding mist and misses that it should register that he used the skill has been used therefore the effect of that skill take place like the sp drain and cool down i say this needs to be fixed or at least looked at

let me kind of write it again so that i can say how i am talking so if a sura cast on you in blinding mist and it miss that the skill should register that he used the skill and missed not that nothing happened.

ya when you are stuck by say cc frozen or whatever and they are constantly casting goh on you till they hit kind of dumb

It makes a difference I find it funny when I'm standing there in Blinding Mist while a Sura spams Hell Gate to kill me & another Sura just Snaps in behind them and kills the Sura attacking me and me XD!

RO seems to be coded so that effects and sp consumption is calculated after misses for a lot of skills...so if you miss, that instance of that skill just ends mid way like it was never casted. but anyways you are suppose to take their SP, not just sit there in the mist
expecting it to save you. Does no one know how to fight a war of attrition anymore? Make em waste them Yggs.

Offensive Soul Exhale FTW. I used to piss off every Sura with that...until they learned to 1-shot me with GoH after the Sorc HP nerf from a distance before I'd get the chance to react to them. It's not like they can't spam WoE Blue Pots or anything after getting drained. >.> Yggs have a cooldown, but WoE Blue Pots don't.

Oh and I forgot to mention Cursed Circle. It kind of spoils your chance to do anything.
