but Is the activating possibility doubled?

the proc is a buff
if you get buffed with blessing and another acolyte comes by and buffs you you do not get 2 blessing buffs..
possibility 1: the rate that it procs is doubled
possibility 2: the rate does not stack and having

so...the rate gets doubled????? the more frequent buffs with 2 Vanberks?

The buffs will be more frequent, you will not have the stats doubled.

my bad didnt read it closely enough.. 99% of the times the questions asked IS does the crit stack

If you use two Vanberk cards, you get two chances for the crit bonus to proc per hit.
