It's not horrible, you just need better gear.

personally, I would have gone with
80 agi
60 ish luk (or where ever the break in luck is)
70 str
30 dex

then better gear.. tbh that gear is horrendous.

Specialty Jur is. You can put 4 Hunter Fly card for leveling with Rolling Cutter.
