is it necessary to kill Ktullanux to complete the Ice Necklace Quest for the Victoria Quest Exp...?
or is there just again the bug with the red quests
i have finished all quests without killing Ktullanux and Ice Necklace Quest is still red


edit: ok now it worked, just for the others
speak with the npc in rachel, where you can sell glacial hearts
its step 7

I would highly recommend getting someone to help you kill Ktullanux after summoning it in Ice Dungeon 3 so that you can get into Ice Dungeon's hidden 4th floor. There's an easter egg NPC in there with its own important art. :3
