Changed rate of item and world drops for Leaders and Captains

• Leaders = 50 / 50 (Item / World)
• Captain = 75 / 25 (Item / World)

Drop Changes, standardizing all drill drop rates within classes of monsters.

• Mythril Drill: 2% Drop Rate from Leader
• Orihalcon Drill: 1% Drop Rate from Captains/Sub-Boss
• Adamantium Drill: 1% Drop Rate from King/Boss
• Aurum Drill: .5% Drop Rate from King/Boss
• Destruction Drill: 2% from Captains and higher

Monsters with rare and higher drops, were including the unused uncommon drop chances in to the total drop chance, resulting in a higher rate of rare and ultra rare items to drop more frequently than intended. This oversight has been corrected and will now result in a "null" or non-drop chance when fighting leaders and higher ranked monsters.

Example: previously, if a Leader-Warrior had a 30% uncommon drop chance, but because of the level, there were no appropriate equipment pieces to be within the tier for uncommon drops, the 30% chance would be added to the rare tier's full chance of drop, increasing the rate of rares that would drop. This will no longer occur. If a monster has no drops in a tier of rarity it has a chance of rolling nothing as a drop chance.

User Interface

• Updated visual appearance of chat speech bubbles.
• Added more meaningful status messages when certain chat options are not available (e.g. when not in a clan, party, group, etc).
• Corrected issue which allowed whisper messages to be spammed by pressing the return key repeatedly after the first message was sent, and display an inappropriate language error on subsequent messages.
• Corrected issue which caused empty chat messages of other chat types to be displayed in general chat.
• Added NPC quest status icons to minimap when in proximity of an NPC. Normal NPC icon is displayed when not in range.
• Updated visual appearance of NPC quest status icons and repositioned directly above NPC nameplate.
• Added setting to block Game Arena group invitations in Options window.

Bug Fixes

• Updated minimap clock to correctly account for timezone difference and daylight savings settings.
• Corrected issue which caused "Cannot find character id" error when attempting to invite player to a party.
• Corrected issue which caused client to crash while reconnecting to the game while in a party.

That sucks... I looked forward to actually not using food during almost every other battle... In my opinion... this is good for parties with a cleric in it, but lame as hell for those who either solo or have no cleric in the party...

Yeah lol the HP\MP change is really unnecessary. I also used to rely a lot on those, pretty often they can literally save your life.

ps: can we still use red pots\goulash in the game arena?

Heard that we can only use honor pots in game arena when they testing the arena in pegasus server lol, sad, all my red pots collected become useless in arena.
