My game keep crashing for the fourth time today. Anyone had any idea why this things happening to me??

Your best bet is to send in a ticket with details of when every time your game crashes if there is a specific thing you are doing, or place you are going that makes you crash.

We really need to know more about the circumstances for when you do disconnect.
Otherwise its generic and generic information makes it harder for us to fix or help resolve the issue for you.
