First you need to create a Bitmap image (BMP) with the image you want to be the emblem. The size is 24x24 pixels, and 256 colours (8bit). If you want to apply transparency then use the colour #FF00FF -> ||||||||

When you're done with the emblem, save/copy/move it to the "emblem" folder in RagnarokOnline folder, if you can't find that folder, make it.

And then, ingame select open the guild window, and then click EDIT.
