I know this is asked a million times but...what should my stats be exactly at 99?

Im aiming for a cart cannon/mvp build and I hear str barely adds to atk of cc is this true? And ill be using red twin edge if this helps any.

as i understand it : Int plays the biggest role for CC damage, but str does some too. ^_^ also, i can never get enough dex to be happy so far lols. cast time !

99 INT
40-80 VIT
30ish STR
dex REST

Keep pumping STR / DEX as you level and throw in a few points of INT every now and then to reach 110 base INT.

Over all you will want to end up @150 with something like:
110 INT
90-100 STR
95-100 VIT
~100 DEX
