Hi,
You will have to excuse if I'm maybe wrong about this but I heard that baby characters are suppose to be able to change to third classes..... Well I recently tried to change a baby hunter into a baby ranger and the npc to start the quest, wouldn't let me start it, he kept telling me that the monsters there were really tough and that I should be careful there with my mum. =/

Babies can go 3rd job, just not trans. And I'm trying to job change right now to Arch Bishop from a Baby Priest and the Praying Minister doesn't give a crap about me right now so I can't do anything.

Baby's weren't always allowed to change to 3rd job, so it's possible that presently the quests iRO has translated prevent baby characters to go 3rd.

Someone changed the name of my topic! -_- (totally off topic)
I know about the Baby Royal, I saw him flying around Pront, it's what gave me the idea to try my own and I looked around and saw a heap of people saying "Yes, babies can go to third!"
Perhaps a few of the Third Job Change NPC's are being Babyists! -_- (Is that even a word?...... Will look that up later)

Yeah, babies are SUPPOSED to be able to go third, skipping trans. Hopefully they change it so they can...

Well, I wonder which ones don't allow 3rd job change... I have only seen a Baby Royal Guard and the only ones I want to test are Arch Bishop and Shadow Chaser. Guess I can focus on other things now.

I'm not sure...
I haven't seen many people actually make babies to test the job change quests to thirds...
Might be worthwhile making it a little easier (since it requires 3 accounts or 3 people or 2 accounts of your own and 1 friend to make one) to make a baby...
Put a NPC in for ygg testing only where people can go to, ask it to be a baby and tadah your a tiny little baby? idk just a thought that might get ppl testing (since that is the idea) the idea of baby going to third.... just to see how many others are not allowing it so the GM's can fix them.

I like this idea.

I'm a very active baby character player (because I really have all the characters that I want and the babies are pure fun) and it would make it much easier than going through the process of marrying and adopting only to find out I can't change (and hopefully this will all be fixed before it goes live...) 'cos there's a lot of things with babies that I want to test and know about.

Did the Baby Royal Guard change at the Valkyrie in South Prontera? That's probably why it was allowed.

I doubt that, considering how money is needed to get married and hardly anybody had money before they put in the money-giving npc -_-

No... He used the actual quest, I know cause he had the class headgear after changing.
