So yea, I wanted to get back in the game after 2 years. I played up until the game got transfer to warpportal (so basically when the game was still ran by thqice). I have lvl59 priest and some other characters, but I want to restart a new mage character to get the feel of the game again. Any tips guys?

Do the tutorial and go full DPS. At 19 use one of the skill resets you get from the tutorial gift box (they won't work at 20!), then do your job change. You'll probably do it in under a day and knock out that dumb Grinding King achievement.
