So do I need to have a base vit of 100? Or 95+5 vit works to as stun immunity?

It is also based on your level and the level of the attacker. 95+5 works, as long as your level is equal or higher than the one who is trying to stun you.

Keep in mind that your Stun immunity gained from Stats does not stack with gears that increase Stun resistance. Let's say Gemini S58 card that offers 30% Stun resist. It doesn't stack with 70vit to make 100% Stun resistance. It's just two separate instances of Stun resist.
