Katar AP : 1 dex = 0.55 AP
1str = 0.35 AP
1sen = 0.1 AP

Dual Swords: 1 str = 0.55 AP
1 dex = 0.35 AP
1 sen = 0.1 AP

Bow: 1 dex= 0.55 AP
1 con = 0.35 AP
1 sen = 0.1 AP

Crossbow: 1 str = 0.65 AP
1 dex = 0.35 AP
1 sen = 0.1 AP

These ratios do not take class AP passives intoconsideration.

1 dex = 1.25 dodge
1 con = 1.25 acc
1 str = 0.33 def
1 str = 2 HP
1 sen = 1 crit
1 con = 0.2 crit

Ok 1st of all it would be nice for Yamz to cite his information and give credit to Blitz for using his information provided in his guide =P... In my opinion duals are very skill spam based, which is good for 1 on 1 for the most part. UWs involve alot of speed which Duals lack but not completely, plus katar invisablility skill and speed which can help alot on war setting situations. Katars arent as good as Duals when it comes down to 1 on 1 pvp, depending on the player. Regardless Katars survive longer and do well in both UW/Wars and 1 on 1 pvp basis, where as Duals do very well in 1 on 1 pvp but wont last as long as a Katar unless you use those immortal jelly beans -_-... Katar all the way ^^

I don't think Blitz was the one to get those ratios for the community - I can't remember who did the work specifically but it came from testing on the Pegasus Server when they were coming out with the Orlo update. They have been passed around and the ratios are out there somewhere for all classes - at one point they were all in one thread on the old forums.

To the OP...
What part is not clear - do you want someone to give you a cookie cutter build?
I chose to make a table in excel to figure out how to best distribute my stat points for each of my characters depending on my focus. Let me give you an example... we'll use critical...
1 sen gives you 1 critical
1 con gives you 0.2 critical

After you have added 75sen it cost 15 more stat points to add an additional sen - and in turn one more crit.
But if your con is still at 15 it only costs 3 more stat points to add one con. At 15con I can add 5 more con at a total cost of 15 stat points (3 each) and get the same amount of crit for the same number of stat points as adding 1 sen. But I also get 6.25 accuracy to go with it.

I chose to set up my own tables to maximize prefered attributes on each of my characters - you have to choose your style of play and then set up your own character accordingly.
