A sample of 5,000 is bretty good, but then we thought we had a good sample about the npc refine rates and turns out those were wrong.

IRo doesn't have control over that so providing the script is not possible, Campitor suggests to ask the development team in this thread.

I think that what's on the wiki is correct. I've seen Mechs upgrade better than MS. It might be RNG who knows. I'm curious too to know it from the development team directly.

if you want to level up, just make your MS to mecha. if the rate is nerfed when mecha lost ability to refine as good as MS, just make another MS. you make it sound like making a MS is a very difficult task.
