People pms are not showing, my girlfriend pm'd me and when i tried to pm her back it said her character wasnt online, when she was right besides me on the same character, some people are not shown on their respective guilds and friend lists are messed up. Yay?

I also have a problem after crash with items missing... Logged onto account 1 and 2. Traded items from 2 -> 1 and logged off of account 2. Immediately after server crashed with account 1 still logged on. Came back to find account 2 saved information and account 1 did not safe information.

Submitted ticket but was wondering if anyone else experienced this?

There was a short rollback from what I understand. If you sent in a ticket they should be able to restore anything major you lost. If you're having trouble on a quest or something, try going back a few steps.

I submitted a ticket about 2 hrs ago and have yet to hear anything back... I am wondering if both accounts will get rolled back or will the item be replaced? This is one of my only nights to play this week and I still would like to get a few hours in knowing my work wont get erased.

I understand though, that's its hard for him to be patient since he said hes busy with work or whatever, and this is one of his only nights he can play. Plus its still a 2x event. Not cool, but sh*% happens.
