Hi,
I have completed a quest, for which I was supposed to kill 50 wolves and then return to Toffee. However can't remember where is this guy.
Can anyone help me with this?

The map in which you took the initial quest from Toffee Coffington is where you will find Toffee Coffington.
He should also be on the map that you killed the wolves on, I believe the quests that the gentleman explorer NPC's give are those based on monsters that are on the same map as the NPC itself ( please correct me if i'm wrong ).
