Well, unless you REALLY need a card slot:
Bakonawa's Tattoo gives 10% ASPD.
Bradium Brooch gives 2% ASPD.
Unless you are at 19x ASPD, the tattoo will move you at least one or two ASPD numbers.

The tattoo, obviously.
If you need someone to tell you that 10% is more than 2%, I think increasing your attack speed is the least of your worries.
