I think Artisan Hipno shoot so annoying.... Quick delay he can spam that all the time... please make it like normal rose Long Duration but Long Delay too.... Play this mod Rose sometime not fun

us artis only have one stun if you ignore nades. i dont see how that could be more annoying than consecutive stuns from a champ or burst dps from a raider.
