The central hub city for most Rune-Midgart cities will be Prontera -- it's usually your best bet for most of the R-M cities. You can warp from Prontera to as far West as Umbala, East as Alberta, North as Al De Baran, and South as Morroc, roughly, iirc. It's one way, however, as once you're in Comodo, you'll be unable to retrace that same distance back to Prontera, instead having to take a detour through I believe Morroc, and from Morroc back to Pront. They changed it it used to be morroc to get there right? :/

Getting back to Prontera is easy enough when you have an Eden Teleporter there. You can get a Prontera warp from the NPC next to the front desk (or other warps if you're VIP).

Fun fact, there are actually 2 south kafras. Although the other one is mostly covered up by vendors most of the time.
