Lemme show you my dream jackets!

Yellow one's called "Canada Goose Manitoba Jacket" (costs about CAD$800)

Dirty green one's called "Canada Goose Men's Constable Parka." (costs about CAD$600)

Isn't that just a bit toasty for being that far north? Or are you someplace other than where the picture in your previous post was calling out?

Oh man, I'd LOVE for the temps to just hover around 30*C. Lately it's been anywhere from 32*C to over 37*C, although today it's sitting at 27*C. I might have to go out for a cruise on my motorcycle just to enjoy it!

(or for those too lazy to do the conversions themselves - 30*C=~86*F, 32*C =~90*F, 37*C =~100*F, 27*C=~81*F)

Y'know, if the medals were 100% guaranteed from the 1800 pts pack, I wouldn't mind having a chance at even a crappy mini glasses [1] - because the medals are useful for all characters.
Give 3000 medals per pack bought until now and make the packs give 3000 medals + chance of the items on the list

Then I'll start buying more :3 (Bought 1 actually because I thought "oh hey might get medals" and I got medals~ :D yay but not trying my luck more than once haha)

i agreee with him^

id prefer buying if i get 3000 medals + random crappy headgears or else i wouldnt buy a single crate since i dont wanna risk it. its 1800 KP we are talkin about here and its not cheap. O_O

seriously why the hell is summer box so bloody expensive ? what would i do if i spend 1,800KP and just to get a mini glasses which i already have from last lucky boxes that sells so cheap....

I thought we would get them once we spent the 4000 points as it said but since that didn't happen I doubt we will get them that soon either.

Hopefully it won't be too long after that though. Maintenance is June 5th so we may have to wait till then unless they do another Friday Maintenance too.

My guild leader just had a little rant about this on Vent after reading your post, I'll try to summarize.

Many people feel that sending tickets is not worth the effort, because a lot of the time you either get an automated response, or a response that just doesn't hit the mark. He has, on some occasion, been passed between 3 different staff members responding to his problem and then shifted onto an automatic response, by which point he gave up.

Part of this is the ticket system already having a bad stigma attached to it. People can say 'send a ticket' and the natural response to that seems to be 'lol, tickets don't work.'. Recently tickets have been a lot better, but the nasty reputation surrounding poor ticket service isn't going away with the current awkward ticket system.

A remake and more streamlined version of the ticket system could fix this problem. I don't enjoy having to log in to a separate forum every time I want to send a ticket about something, only to get a generic automated response five days later. Sure, it doesn't always happen, but when it does it's very discouraging. At least on the forums, you're going to get a response from another player, showing that awareness of the problem has been raised, or from a GM who's actually reading and responding.

If we had more of an indication that our tickets really are being read and taken seriously, I think more people would be willing to do it. I wanted to send a ticket about the bakonawa glitch the first time I discovered it, but after getting lost on the main site again and remembering my previous experiences with trying to report a certain botting rune knight (with excellent picture evidence, I might add), I just got lazy and made a forum post about it instead.

I do not wish to compare Gravity with any other company, but recently I've been playing League of Legends and browsing their forums. While their forums are horribly moderated and the community even worse than RO's, the game developers are VERY active and involved with their community, kind of like Oda except multiplied several times. Issues are usually quickly responded to by a red and openly discussed, and forumgoers can easily see the 'riot' tag above a post with a GD response in it. Something like that would help a lot.

how many years have passed that i been reporting bugs and they never go fixed? they cant even fix a description!!!!!
