I'm trying to make a skill build for an Arrow Storm / Hit-lock Ranger, but I have a few questions.
Basically, I just want to know which of these skills can be usable and when.

Aimed Bolt, Fear Breeze, Camouflage:
Aimed Bolt seems kind of weak, so I'm assuming you would only get it for Arrow Storm.
Fear Breeze seems okay, but nothing too amazing; I just want to confirm it isn't.
Camouflage seems like a simple trade of defense for offense. But with low defenses, isn't dangerous to use?

Warg Bite, Warg Ride, Warg Dash:
Warg Bite seems really strong, but only Warg Strike activates automatically; so is Warg Bite of any use?
Warg Ride seems useful in theory, but for only 30% speed boost, is it worth it?
Warg Dash seems like the only way to get a decent speed boost with the Warg; but is it reliable?

Also, I'm not gonna be a Trapper build, but is there any traps so good that I should get anyway?
Thanks for helping.

CAMOFLAGE is a MUST have skill. This helps to increase your Arrow Storm damage and makes leveling in places like Abyss dungeon super easy because almost nothing can see you.

Fear Breeze - Not sure if this overides or works with critical attack.

Aimed Bolt - This actually does some great damage, but only if your going to either Ankle Snare guys or Warg Bite them so that they take the extra damage. AStorm much better though.

Warg Ride is good when walking through long areas of weak guys to get to better places. Used with Wind Walker it increases your speed a LOT and makes those places easy to get through.

Warg Bite has quite a long cooldown as well and is not as useful as I originally thought it would be. Really the Cooldown is 12 seconds at max level, for some reason they increase it 2 sec per lvl which makes it good for PvP or WoE but not so good for PvM.
*** I have read before but can't find it now that WBite can be used on MVP's/Boss. Can't confirm now though.

Thanks Loynis, that helps quite a bit. There's only one skill that I want more info about; Warg Bite.

Can anyone confirm whether Warg Bite has any use and if it's good?
It doesn't activate automatically, it has a huge cooldown... is there any reason to get it?

Warg Ride is completely replaceable with the Halter Mount. Save those 3 skill points....

Fear Breeze overrides Critical attacks. You will tend to miss MvPs with high flee (500+) if you activate Fear Breeze.

Warg Dash is for STR builds. This is kinda funky skill because not a lot of Rangers even put a single point in STR.... This is mainly for Melee Rangers.

Warg Bite is good in PvP. It stops people on their tracks but they can still Snap/Backslide out of it. I'd say get this skill last if you have skill points to spare. Also, Warg Bite makes enemies teleport automatically in PvM if they have the skill.

WDash - Trap Builds = Melee for Rangers

WBite - That really sucks that they just tele when you hit them. What is the point of it? They should make it so that they are NOT ALLOWED to teleport out of it. Or get rid of the damn cooldown if not so it's actually usable. (Really sad now that I wasted 5 points in it)

Warg Dash relies on weight too. That's why it's for STR builds. We tested this after the balance patch and I remember getting hit by 30k with it. xD

I've seen Rangers in Bio 3 TI use Warg Bite so effectively on Eremes/Seyrens when there's plenty of them on the screen. It prevents you from getting outnumbered by tough mobs. It's mostly a tactical skill. Also, you don't really need to max it. Level 1's fine for making enemies tele.

It seems real dumb though that higher levels make it hold longer and have longer cool downs when it can't hold anyone when they just tele.

It really needs to have disabled the ability to do that to make it right.

Hey, one more thing I just thought about!

Trap Reseach gives bonus Int & SPs! Isn't that good to get for anybody who wants to use Arrow Storm? (or other skills that requires lots of SPs)

And also, thanks you guys for your answers, they're greatly appreciated.

If you're getting at least 50+ INT for your Arrow Storm cast time, you won't need it. Most Rangers have at least this much INT if they are an Arrow Stormer.
