Cannot take Glast Heim TI?

I took the quest for GH TI before maintenence (for ragged zombies) but I did not finish it. My reset timer is already expired so I am supposed to be able to take the new GH TI, but gramps won't give me the new quests? Is it mis-reading my old GH TI as the new one, therefore not letting me get it? Killing the monsters inside also don't give me count >,> Don't tell me I have to actually finish 400 ragged zombies and those in order to get the new TI......Anyone else having this problem? Btw I'm lv 117, so I am in range for the TI.

My other characters are taking TI's normally even though they still have last week's TI. So its probably because they didn't change the GH map so they think I have the quests....

What level? If you aren't in range it won't give it. I had no problems getting the quests on testing.

This thing is screwed up for one of my characters---I still had the Zombies (both DONE) on an AB. I was wondering if it was due to holding them for some reason, so I turned them in and tried to see if Gramps would take it. However, he STILL WILL NOT. I am the proper level, 120, as well.

I am submitting a ticket, but thought I'd share here too.

it says im still on cooldown. and its useless to send a ticket if its gonna take days to get fixed. i'd rather just wait or use areset

Might have to use a reset in the meantime and ask them to retroactively give me a stone---currently the ticket submission system is down, so I can't even ask them to do this for me the "right" way =P

EDIT: I just used a reset stone and now Gramps WILL let me get the turn in, so something was wrong with Gramps reading the old timer and thinking a player was ineligible to take the NEW quests. So yeah, I'm asking for a stone for this mistake, this isn't my fault.

I see the problem, the day timer this week is the same as last week, normally we rotate it but because we did more of the 135+ last week we used more of the timers than normal, so the rotation wasn't possible, thus if you grabbed a ti yesterday and try now it will still count that timer from yesterday. A reset stone is 1 option, or just wait the time.

i used a reset stone as well. will i get a refund if i submit a ticket? :o

Sigh, lol, I can't submit a ticket through the Support system even now, and it's been at least 8 hours since I last tried. I'm going to ask for a reset stone refund also, gerpogi, as soon as I possibly can. Seems like this is going to take a while---see, this is why sometimes using the forums to unofficially report our issues isn't such a bad thing =P Since doing it the official way is not possible, at the moment.

I tried that before I did the reset: tried "Hunt Both" and tried to select each monster individually, as there was that glitch back in the day with ID and the owl barons / Ice Titans. Neither method worked, and since Heim acknowledged the fact that the timer issue was on their end, that's just how it pans out.

EDIT: What is wrong with the ticket system? I've tried several times now, and all I get is a message that "We are currently updating our game servers for enhanced game play!" Is the Support ticket system down, or am I experiencing a unique error? This is pretty frustrating, since I'd like to use the official channels to request help.
