WPE Problem

I am very angry that there's NOT A WARNING that it would be taken down and now I just lost some REAL LIFE money and don't have any chance of getting it back or making use of it.
I have already submitted tickets which your billing team is COMPLETELY IGNORING.
I am through with this terrible service.
I wouldn't be this angry if HARD EARNED REAL LIFE MONEY was not involved only to just VANISH in your stupid website.
You guys don't even have a portion of the forums dedicated for such issues!

I guess 15 tickets aren't enough to send my message to them or should I do a hundred more?

How long have you waited, anyways? It generally takes a day or two for tickets to be answered, and with issues of billing and payment they probably take a bit more time to investigate.
I'm extremely confused as to what your issue here is. If something is being taken down in the future and you already got your points... What's the problem? =/ I'm not even aware of any disappearing functions. Calm down and try to explain what your problem is a little more completely, please.

I only recieved an e-mail confirming that they have recieved the payment. The only problem was the e-mail was more than a week ago and I still don't have any anwers on any of my tickets nor recieve my WP energy.

Currently, there is an issue with the UGC cards not giving points, the option has been removed until the issue can get resolved.
No ETA at the moment, our billing team and UGC are working to get it resolved.
