I have just loaded some WP energy using the redeem your card function on the website only to find out that this function would be TAKEN DOWN THE NEXT DAY.

I am very angry that there's NOT A WARNING that it would be taken down and now I just lost some REAL LIFE money and don't have any chance of getting it back or making use of it.

I have already submitted tickets which your billing team is COMPLETELY IGNORING.

I am through with this terrible service.

I wouldn't be this angry if HARD EARNED REAL LIFE MONEY was not involved only to just VANISH in your stupid website.

You guys don't even have a portion of the forums dedicated for such issues!

I have already sent them tickets using the support function numerous times already!

I guess 15 tickets aren't enough to send my message to them or should I do a hundred more?

How long ago did you send those tickets in? You personally said you just loaded the WP energy to your account.

15 tickets? No wonder they're ignoring you, when you receive 15 of the same email do you assume it's important? No, you assume it's spam.

How long have you waited, anyways? It generally takes a day or two for tickets to be answered, and with issues of billing and payment they probably take a bit more time to investigate.

I'm extremely confused as to what your issue here is. If something is being taken down in the future and you already got your points... What's the problem? =/ I'm not even aware of any disappearing functions. Calm down and try to explain what your problem is a little more completely, please.

They have removed the redeem function for game cards and replaced it with the Video for WP. Check the power up site if you don't believe me.

I only recieved an e-mail confirming that they have recieved the payment. The only problem was the e-mail was more than a week ago and I still don't have any anwers on any of my tickets nor recieve my WP energy.

Uh oh someone is angry. For me sometimes RO forgets about customer service. And all u get is those automated respond which is kinda frustrating.

There is still an option for redeeming GoCash game cards at the bottom of the list of options for adding WPE. What kind of card are you using?

Under the "buy" section GoCash is still accepted. I guess UGC no longer works with them. Just wait the ticket out if you already sent one out and see what they can do.

ok to be somewhat helpful, I wanna say you can't really expect a reply at this time of day. As I understand it, the payment dept only works 9-5 mon-fri (like normal people) and it's almost 11pm there. So at the very least, you won't recieve any staff replies on the forums until someone like oda is in and sees it and can talk to that dept or until they finally answer your ticket. (I know I've had issues with them taking a while too).

But yeah, you can't expect much tonight, sorry =/

I'm having similar issues with my UGC being redeemed. I filed a ticket with warpportal and playspan, and playspan responded saying they communicated the payment with warpportal. Just a matter of time. Give them a day or two, their staff isn't the biggest from what I hear.

There was just a post from them saying there is a temp problem with this and they are working on it.

Currently, there is an issue with the UGC cards not giving points, the option has been removed until the issue can get resolved.


No ETA at the moment, our billing team and UGC are working to get it resolved.
