Skill Downtime...... Bug

THATS why that happens!??!?!?!?!?This has been reported before..... But it seems to be worse now. The "skill Downtime" bug is what happens when a caster tried to cast a ground AOE (perhaps other AOE's as well) and the Enchant on the weapons tries to tic. I.E. If you have Lightning Resistance Down Lv-5 on your Wand.
It seems to have gotten worse in last two patches....
i used to get that quite often on my tempest...never knew why.......thanks =) thought i was losing my mind

That bug is present since ummm march 2009th as far as i remember ( started my first char, tempy ), same like any other self buff, it cancel the casting time ( even summoning a pet ).
I forgot you had a tempest, and mio it wasn't 2009, it was 2010. Your tempest was younger than my defiler.
