I am currently a level 24 rogue and plan on becoming an Assassin. I read some builds and they said to put only 1 point in the low level skills and save the rest for Quick Attack and the level 40 skills. Problem is I keep dying while trying to kill the monsters like Libeshals and Blackhands, unless I use a pot every time I fight one of them. What can I do?

Libeshals, Blackhands and so are Elite monsters (They have a Skull in their names)
They are stronger than normal mobs, To be honest you dont need to kill them anymore, I would recommend go to Parness (Via Zakate Warp Machine) And start killing mobs there
Also yes, you are right in the skills thing, The low level attacks are not worth of leveling up
