You have to visit Code the Redeemer upstairs in Eden Group. He'll have any items you get for promotions like that one.

You may want to try sending in a support ticket if you haven't. As far as I know, Code the Redeemer is the usual way to get the items for those promotions.

I spent over 1100 points, went to Code the Redeemer, and nothing was there...

I sent in a ticket about this some time last week and they didn't seem to have a clue what I'm talking about. At one point they said they had already distributed the special item earlier in the week. I had to send in screen shot of the email regarding the promotion. As of now, I'm told to wait while they turn this issue to the relevant department and to check the code redeemer every now and then. So my advice is to send in a ticket with the account that "qualified" and wait.
