I am going for Crit/Rolling Cutter build (Crit for Single target and RC for MOB's) Edit: My Hit is 369

That amount of base Dex is good enough for now. If you feel the need for more Hit, get a Well-Chewed Pencil and/or Rogue's Treasure.

okay ill leave dex out now its painfull to invest points in dex. thanks for the advice appreciate it

70 base Dex is considered by many the bare minimum if you're ever thinking about using something like RC for pvm in the long run. From there you could just slap on buffs/foods/equipment that add Hit if needed. For a GX, you have a few options to do that.
