HELLO. I'M SORRY IT TOOK SO LONG FOR ME TO UPDATE THIS THREAD. IT HAS BEEN 2 YEARS SINCE I LAST PLAYED DRAGONICA/DRAGON SAGA BECAUSE I WAS FOCUSING ON STUDYING AND PLAYING OTHER GAMES. , BRAZILIAN SERVER JUST CAME OUT, AND SINCE I'M BRAZILIAN, I BEGAN TO PLAY ONCE AGAIN. PLEASE, FEEL FREE TO POST YOUR NEW AND UPDATED BUILDS SO I CAN EDIT THIS THREAD AND MAKE IT UPDATED AGAIN.
I SHALL CHECK IT IN 2 WEEKS, BECAUSE I HAVE THIS BIG AND IMPORTANT TEST COMING UP AND I CAN'T REALLY PLAY. BUT, AFTER THAT, I'LL TRY MY BEST TO MAKE THIS THE BEST BUILD THREAD EVER.
SORRY FOR GRAMMAR MISTAKES, LIKE I SAID, I'M BRAZILIAN WOOHOO

Dragonica Saga Skill Builds! ~

- Introduction
Hello, this is Haw here. I'm making this thread to help new players, like you! Yes, that's right, people like YOU can also get help!
This thread is meant to be a collaborative effort to assist new users in becoming more efficient in game with their skills. You can help by posting your builds, and you too can be helped! Post your own skill builds to compare with others and try to work out your imperfections. We, the Dragonica Community, will try to help!

- How to post your build
Please, use this skill simulator.
When posting your skill build explanations for your selected skills are encouraged, donâ??t be shy! Also, please label it as either PvP or PvE.

Example:
If you post your build like this:
Paladin Skill Build! (PVP Build!)
Level 5 Stun hammer is useful because you don't have too many skills to combo yet, such as Cross Cut. Impervious is level 1 because you'll be able to reuse sooner than level 5. Level 1 Sword Dance because you will lack SP if you put it to level 5. I didn't get revenge because it sucks; I don't like it.

It'll look like this on the thread:
 Haw's Paladin Build! (x)

If you click on "Haw's Paladin Build!", you'll be directed to the build. If you click on the (x), you'll be directed to the post where the explanation is located. Simple, huh? :3

This doesn't really work as well anymore due to the inclusion of level 10 skills and skill forges. You can still post builds with skill forges, but it wouldn't work for people who don't have them. It's better to just have in depth guides with skill analysis IMO.

Yeah, that's why you can post stuff such as lv 10 skills on your build explanation. I was thinking about not making this thread, but Zach said "yeah, go ahead, what do you have to lose? QQ".
But my goal is to prevent threads like this one and this one too.

AAS is not as damaging as your launches unless you have some decent FPS. This isn't a concern with the hard FPS cap. I'd highly recommend it being level 1.
Relaunch is useless once you get to the point where you can use Rocket Launcher and Wolf Rush to relaunch. Level 0
Shootdown will probably be useless once the lag is increased.
Rocket Launcher is useless once you get falcon skills. Level 1 for Wolf Rush
From my experience, 4th job skills do pitiful damage with high cooldown and SP cost, but i'm not going to say much more.

Here's what i'll probably be using:

Well Yurai already said that its better to just explain, and he already has his build in the Ninja section that discusses each skill, its merits and its cons.

Same for Rim's Shaman guide. It has a visual approach to each of the skills. I am sure that for any rising mage, Rim's guide can serve as a backbone.

Sometimes you gimp some skills in third job because they aren't as useful or a waste of points as they were in second job. So it wouldn't hurt to advise him on a build to a certain level cap and not assume from 65.

AAS is not as damaging as your launches unless you have some decent FPS. This isn't a concern with the hard FPS cap. I'd highly recommend it being level 1.

I max AAS for the 6 enemy limit, as my build is intended for PvE, not PvP.

Relaunch is useless once you get to the point where you can use Rocket Launcher and Wolf Rush to relaunch.

This is true, however I prefer to not waste my high(er) damaging relaunch skills when one monster is flopped on the ground. I enjoy moving very quickly through dungeons and never want to run into a cooldown conflict with my skills.

Shootdown will probably be useless once the lag is increased.

I hardly use this skill to begin with. Prereqs make me sadface.

Rocket Launcher is useless once you get falcon skills. Level 1 for Wolf Rush

I wouldn't call it useless as much as extra launch when you're cooling down. I use it fairly often, especially when my team does a lousy job at launching and leaves half the mob behind.

From my experience, 4th job skills do pitiful damage with high cooldown and SP cost, but i'm not going to say much more.

I don't know much about the 4th job skills myself, but they seem like max or 0 pointers to me since cool down reduction comes with level ups (15 second to 5 second CD on Hook shot, and 30s to 15s on the Phoenixes). Based on a video I watched, the damage is indeed nothing phenominal. However, what is important is the massive AoE and the fact that more attack skills make Pathfinders better boss killers.

Here's what i'll probably be using:
http://image-storage...115500511010000

A little bit of explanation:

But hey, i'm just a Dekard Pathfinder.

If I'm not mistaken, your build is extremely focused on PvP, getting the bare minimums to work your way through PvE; the falcon skills, in which case your style of playing a Pathfinder is completely opposite of mine.

I responded to your comments(bolded) about skills in order to clarify my opinions & reasons for other people who may be reading.

I just wanted to make a Grenadier/Howitzer build because I didn't like how Sheol's build branched focused a little too much on PvP and less on PvE.

My Howitzer build(focuses more on PvE, but I guess it could suffice for casual PvP)
Spoiler

Idk...I have no clue what I'm doing. How should I know? Sheol has probably twice the upper tier experience than me. o_o
