In game my mini map is just a gray circle the map doesn't show up, does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Also, I have had my account since the real version of Requiem was started (not closed beta)and I was wondering if there's any way to reset a passcode because I can't remember my old one at all. I tried everything that I might have used and nothing is correct. Is there any way to reset the characters passcode?

The gray mini-map, do you use windows 7? I remember that it could happen if your color is in 32 bits, for example, and the game color dont match: both must be the same.
