hi,
i'm attempting to do this quest for executioner, and had some questions to be answered.
1. what is the minimum HP/SP required for Nigirboran's test? my character got 15500hp and 520sp but still cannot passed the test
2. can i actually make executioner from Blacksmith at pay_fild08 if i had the material now or only during the quest?

You can also get Executioner for 1500 prize medals in einbroch ;P if you ever come across medals anyway.

Prize medals can't be acquired normally - they're from kafra shop boxes from times to times though I don't recommend the one right now.
You can get prize medals from turning in Blank Cards (acquired from having a Spare Card equipped) or from Daily Quen but in small amounts x;

Else I dunno about the Doomed Swords quest, never attempted it because of the materials required are not worth hunting.

the other way to get medals is from hugel mini games like monster races
