I have been told it works against emps just like doule attack does from the snake hat but last woe I used about 2200 arrows with fear breeze to destroy 1 emp. I have a 193 aspd and took my warg off as well. Has anyone else tried to see if it hits or not? Unless the GMs raised the HP of the emp at all and did not let us know... if anyone tested it would you let me know Thanks
