I'm not even from Ygg server and I admit this is the dumbest thing GM's have done to date in my year and a half of playing IRO. Screwing over all the woe guilds on ygg and all the players. Just delete all 3 servers and make everyone start over. Why not? That's the direction we are headed.

This will certainly be interesting... I'll have to wait and see Heim's big announcement, since he did say not EVERYTHING from pre-renewal can be done. If it's Renewal mechanics with no 3rd classes, for example... @@

I do feel very, very bad for the players on Ygg. =/

I really don't want to have to move from Ygg to either Valk or Ymir. If I had wanted to play one those, I would have started on them instead. I like ygg because it's a small server and you know most of the people there. I think making a poll of some sorts would definitely be better, similar to the WoE poll.

the prob alot of ygg ppl r haveing with this is that they have to move to a server they dont wont to go to if they moved use to a new server then alot of ppl wont be so mad about this

Well this is pretty interesting. I don't really mind re-newal, but a part of me has always been a little nostalgic of how things used to be. I don't intend on having any serious characters on the server, but it would be nice to be able to re-make all my old trans classes and walk down memory lane every now and then.

Renewal was dead to me as it started. I however would like all the time i spent reinbursed.
The time spent is what means the most to me, not the characters & gears.

Switching from server to start over for many people, what a waste.

I do like Pre-renewal much more but, can you at least make a new server instead of screwing up one?

i think i'm like the only person on ygg who doesn't really mind this but i guess it's because i'm not a top player or anything lolol~ also, i'm still very attached to ymir even though i left it years ago

but if this pre-renewal server ends up having crappy mechanics, i will totally rage

For the first time I agree with Jaye . Everything she said in her reply is so true. Whatever your business model is, whatever your plan is, you are too late. If u dont see YGG viable since long, stop making ppl spending money on it since 2 years ago. some kind of crap u doing here.

If you enjoy RO why would you leave? I feel bad for the people of Ygg getting kicked out but if you truly enjoy RO why would you stop playing just because you have to play another server? I've had tons of fun on Valk and made many friends. :/

Many people went to Ygg because:
1) Ymir has a lot of OP people apparently, or something like that? Not 100% on this.
2) Valk, lol well Valk has bots and a lot of people xD!

I play Valk but sometimes I wanted to get away and go to Ygg!

I absolutely love this. It is like impossible for a new character to get any traction in this game. I am looking forward to more appropriate gameplay mechanics on the new server. I am looking forward to the new guilds that will emerge. I am looking forward to a manageable economic climate. And as it turns out, the people I hate on the forums are from Ygg, like all the people I hate, it's weird. I think this is an awesome idea.

Woah! That's mean for Ygg people. How do you guys pretend to keep this game steady? You guys change the things without asking the whole comunity what they want, suddenly you wake up and BOOM! We're doing a pre-renewal server!

Just to begin with... Why didn't you come up with the great idea of this pre-renewal server before? Many people (myself included) never liked the new RO, so if you were going to have these two unstable monsters, why didn't you think about this before people would get used to things one way and now you're just screwing things for them? Seriously.
