It takes a lot of points to get safety wall as a wizard, same with priests really. So I can't see people using SW unless they're like base level 80 or so. But I know what you mean ^^

I just think it's handy to have a phen accessory to switch to incase all else fails, you know what I mean? But you're so right, there's always a way even if you don't have a phen.

I wouldn't say D3 blows, I have to say that I sincerely enjoyed it. But it has no longevity or replay value at al in my opinion. I had a ridiculous lot of fun playing D3 the first week or so, much more than I had playing any game for years(perhaps since I quit RO in 2009). The major problem with D3 is that the item system lacks any kind of complexity. you just go for the highest DPS, the most vit and the highest of your primary stat. Nothing else matters. Another problem with D3 is that the randomization of the maps is very poor, even when you make a new game the server usually generates very similar maps so even though they're technically different it still feels the same. In D1 and D2 the maps changed dramatically and even the towns could change in D2.

My point is, D3 is a great kind of "play it until you finish it and have a lot of fun"-game, but it doesn't keep most people playing for a long time.

Diablo is not a game for casual players. It's a game that's based on mix/maxing your character(s) and the most hardcore players will work to get item that will give them 1 more dps.

Are you scared to do WoE without a phen effect? I don't see the big issue.
Grab a sac sader and hit up Geffen GD or some other appropriate place.

yeah but truthfully 60 bucks for a 2 weeks of play is rediculous, then they will give you an expansion (fixes to all the problems) for another 60 bucks and call it a new game so now you've spent 120 dollars on 4 weeks of play. i'd rather spend it on this new server and get months of play out of it.

If u look through all their expension, they generally cost only $40

The point is, Diablo 3 mixing/maxing your character is no longer part of the game. I remember back in Diablo 2 u can allocate ur own stats point, and skill tree, now everything is provided for u, they automatic put in stats for u, and u have access to all skills and rune.
Also in Diablo 2 I remember it takes month of cow level, or baal run (after 1.10 patch) to get to 99. In Diablo 3 It only takes 2 Days! to get to max level.

That sounds like a great idea and a lot of fun, if you can find a sac sader that is. All I was saying is that it would be easier to level as a wizard if you have a phen at your disposal.

I don't really consider myself a casual player, but there's very little incentive to keep playing Diablo 3 after 100 or so hours of gameplay. It's just a rehash of the same old, over and over again, with tedious grinding to get better gear so you can survive boss fights and kill the bosses fast enough in inferno. D2 had a lot more replay value since the item system was a lot more complex and interesting. You had a lot more choices picking gear in D2 and the uniques were actually useful.

ok... back to the topic of guilds in Valhalla server... first thing will be to get strong enough to get an emperium... cant have a guild without one of those... but AFTER that i will be creating a guild of my own... ALL NINJA... just like ive always done... prolly more of a ninja school/leveling/pvp guild more than a woe guild... but anyway... i welcome all ninja who are active and social... that is all....

Folks these days really love off-topics LOL. If you are mob, in CT HO, run the mob through me, beside those noisy Arclouze but i will spank it with my wand, or other priests/priestesses. My guild leader is going to make a guild on the new server so he probably will look for members. More info on that later.

yeah it does... i usually use the sound effects but rarely the music its a bit too repetitive and sometimes doesnt work well for the map... but the soud effects have helped me find (or run from) various monsters

that's funny i think i turned sound off like the 3rd day i played.

WOW! I thought i did something wrong about the thread and got deleted by mods...just a combination of threads that have the same meaning i guess. o.O making me nervous..and for the musics, I turned it off after I hear the Prontera song... o.O for the sound, I turned it off because it get too noisy with mobs and when attacking...

if we get a buffed xp rate like 3x-5x or and anti-bot VIP plan or sumthing. I'll make it my primary server.

I agree with this .. more towards the bots then the exp rates
