In online game and especially first-person shooter games, MMORPGs and MUDs, kill stealing is the practice of arranging to get credit for killing an enemy, when it should have clearly been another player's kill. An example is when a player in a first-person shooter whittles an enemy's health down and is about to kill them, when another player comes along and shoots that enemy once. The second player gets credit for the kill despite having done almost none of the work of killing that enemy.

So, if you're just tagging them with no intention to kill... i guess it's not

If they just stand there and magnum break then you cant do anything since its an instant cast skill. its not nice but you cant get banned for it either

You can if you're intentionally magnum breaking when someone else is attacking a monster that was tagged first by them to begin with. It's intentional kill-stealing and should be treated as such.

Although not directly related to the topic of kill-stealing I think I will mention the experience I just had in ant hell. One of the many players, who I can only assume have no manners because of a deficiency on the part of their parents, was sitting afk and not a geneticist. I took the time to kill the eggs both to the left and the right of him for a good 30 minutes while this guy just sat there, he returns, jumps up and starts yelling that this is his spot. Thus begins the measuring contest in which he runs up and magnum breaks as fast as he can while I am casting, being the gentleman that I am I defer to him and leave. The biggest problem in this game is not the bots, not the economy, and not the cash shop, it is the considerable lack of manners and intellegence from many of the players. Had the person said "hey, I was training here before and had to leave for a bit, could I have this spot" perhaps I would have been so moved by this I would have moved without calling him a "tool" as I must admit I did. I enjoyed playing RO many years ago when you could start up a conversation with a random person and have a conversation or party, now the more common response to seeing someone is to immediately claim the nearest monster as your own and threaten the person. I guess the only positive is there are so few players that the odds of running into another person outside of eden, orc dungeon, and ant hell is astronomical.

When it comes to AFKchemist i normally just kill what there pet is killing i dont care really. u should'nt be AFK lvling in the first part u lazy lazy people.
I do have a chemist myself but i never AFK lvl i'll acutally walk around and help kill what my pet is attacking.

Afk lvling a pet isn't lazy its just how it is if they were to have flee as they should and kill stuff in their own range i think more ppl would go kill with them, blame the incorrect flee on them not the owners. And well evn if it seems there afk lots are actually at the computer just tabbed so you are actually ksing!

I sent in two screenshots of him just arrow showering and I hope the gms give his ksing face a good slap.

Want me to come down and pop a BB on him? :'D No I'm just kidding... I could troll the troller if i wanted to but as long as you noted down the names in the screenshot and took a screen showing each name plus a screen of them attempting the KSing then the report should be fine
