1st clue....It's the quiet one's you gotta watch out for

KingArthur has been quite lately, and in general, he's always been like that.

2nd Clue

Hello sleuths,
You will never find out who i am!
I live off the grid, where all the leaves are brown.
Cheers xx

Where all the leaves are brown = California, and KA is from the Nederlands if I remember correctly, but he moved (not sure if he moved to California though)

3rd Clue

Here is Mr J Beans eye witness account...

"There i was minding my own business, when woooosh, a cart sped past.
Pretty sure he was breaking the speed limit.
Driving conditions were not too bad that day, roads were dry and the sky was grey,
so i dunno how he managed to hit Huey. I would guess that he was DUI on Grape Juice and thats why he didn't stop!"

The description of the weather refers to California, once again, while the grape juice thing was kind of a tricky clue.
In the 1800s, Glastonbury, an English town which is strongly connected to the legend of King Arthur, gave birth to this man called Thomas Bramwell Welch, which figured out a way to prevent the fermentation of grapes. The fermentation would make them intoxicate people, which is what happened to our culprit.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RvBCl3CBMXA

P.s This is Clue number 4

“Get thee to work on it!” grumbled King Arthur.

So the royal carpenters once again began construction of a new table. A week later they hauled it into the great throne room.

Self explanatory ;)

5th Clue

Once upon a time

The fairy tale of Camelot (KingArthur's clan) begins with "Once upon a time".

6th Clue

Gerard Butler...The law abiding citizen.

This one is hard...can't find any relation between that one movie and King Arthur. But I found this:

Creedy: "Oh, he's a Dragon Slayer. I suppose that would make you King Arthur does it?"

Creedy is a character from the movie "Reign of Fire" (2002) and it's Gerard Butler who plays the role of Creedy.

But yeah, I'm 100% sure it's KingArthur lol.

Time to throw a stick into the works! *inserts evul laugh*

7th Clue

It's not King Arthur :s

WOOOOW I just spend an hour doing researches!

He moved from Holland to Swedan where is wife is from, much like my wife moved from the UK to where I am. =P Funny thing is where we live in northern Virginia, it feels like a foreign country because we are outnumbered by people from India, Pakistan, Korea and other parts of the world.

The description of the weather refers to California, once again, while the grape juice thing was kind of a tricky clue.

Don't forget, California has among the best wine growing area's in the world including Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley and others. But even though I've lived in California longer than anywhere, and dream of moving back, I've already ruled myself out. I have to keep a good driving record! =P

...Poor Gojio!
Your current dilemma leads me nicely onto the 8th Clue

Clue 8
It sounds like you need to do this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQLCZOG202k

...and no i dont mean create a Flash Mob in a random location!

Few hard facts for the sleuths...
It is a forum user. - Could be anyone that uses the forums....
It could be anyone! Except me, because as you know, im Naughty but nice *whistles* why you laughing?! It very well could be anyone...

1st clue....It's the quiet one's you gotta watch out for - Genesis has generally been quiet over the years...

2nd Clue

Hello sleuths,
You will never find out who i am!
I live off the grid, where all the leaves are brown.
Cheers xx

According to his profile... Genesis is from Scotland, UK

And I found this:

Extreme and unusual weather conditions have damaged hundreds of thousands of trees in central and southern Scotland, giving the impression that autumn has come early. The “browning” phenomenon was caused by exceptionally strong winds in the final week of May which drove salt laden sea air inland, causing a scorching effect. Severe winter frosts earlier in the year have also contributed to the effect.

Thus the brown leaves in Scotland...

Scotland Neck, North Carolina makes grape juice... reaching far on this one... but again.. points to Scotland... even though this time it isn't related to the UK Scotland...

Clue 4:

Music Video of The Carpenters - We've Only Just Begun -

Gonna take this one as far as I can here... "We've only just begun" making changes to Rose... and it ties to the Carpenters because Genesis builds on the code...

5th Clue

Once upon a time

The Song "Fireside Song" is by Genesis... and part of the lyrics are:

Once upon a time there was confusion
Disappointment, fear and disillusion
Now there's hope reborn with every morning
See the future clearly at its dawning
Forever drifting slowly towards a hazy emptiness
Whilst water slips into the sea
The father's sad to see it's free

6th Clue

Gerard Butler...The law abiding citizen.

If Scotland leaves Britain the Clyde and Rosyth would be in a foreign country to the Royal Navy, which has never built a warship in a foreign yard.

Gerard Butler plays a character named Clyde Sheltom in Law Abiding Citizen... This ties Clyde to Scotland and again... and of course.. Gerard Butler was born in Scotland... Genesis is from Scotland... coincidence?!?

7th Clue:
It's Not KingArthur

Fair enough... I am almost certain that it is Genesis now that KingArthur has been proven innocent...

Clue 8
It sounds like you need to do this

Video of a Flash Mob in a Train Station Singing and dancing...

...and no i dont mean create a Flash Mob in a random location!

Guessing you can take Antwerp Central Railway Station (where the above video was filmed) to Glasgow Glasgow Scotland which again would tie this back to Scotland...

thus leading to Genesis being guilty... perhaps trying out a new cart and just lost control or forgot to install a break system so he couldn't hit the breaks to avoid hitting Huey???

I have to admit this has been a lot of fun... though I am going to guess I looked too hard into this and I am no where close and everything I found just happened to be a coincidence...

Genesis is GUILTY!!! he just has to be... lots of proof here to convict even if he was innocent...

I no longer think this crime was committed by a single person, with too many facts pointing to two users,
I now firmly believe this crime was committed by the two culprits ShazamO and KingArthur. A collaberation to offset the facts and confuse even the most capable of crime solvers, there may have only been an eye witness seeing 1 person, but who's to say this cart wasn't equipped with a backseat. Confess you two, you dun it

Clue 9

On your marks, get set... go!

Now making it sound like a cart race...

OR could this be referring to the Game Arena (which I think is something that Genesis had a part of creating...)

I'll stick to my guns again and say that I still think it is Genesis...

As Feuer said though... with this many facts... it really is hard to think that it is done by only one person... and who knows.. perhaps the eye witness is actually the guilty culprit and sending us on a wild goose chase...

I am changing my guess to the NPC Bond.
Oblivon temple - brown
Once upon a time - Royals Quest
Gerard Butler - James Bond

No idea on the other clues and Bond but I will think about them.

Took me a little on this one... but again... points towards Scotland (aka: Genesis) yet again...

"It doesn't rain in Scotland it pours"
Click for the above Source

Lots of rain as well

Rainfall totals vary widely across Scotland— the western highlands of Scotland is one of the wettest places in Europe with annual rainfall up to 4,577 mm (180.2 in

If "paws" was a hint... I didn't get it... and must think more...

Yeah... I know... when I get something stuck in my head, it's hard to let it go... I am just waiting for "Clue 11: It's not Genesis"... then I will have to start all this over again and perhaps rethink my ideas and thoughts about who really is the criminal here...

Tru, think of how that word is pronounced. paws = pause? or perhaps it has to do with the origin of that dog, hint hint I'm not really in this for the card, i still have a tuned chaser engine with rapid wheels and a steel backseat, my carts mspd is rediculously higher than an IM cart, so knock yourself out.

I would imagine if it is not a staff member, it still has to be some uber nubcake they can control or invent to come in here and give a confession but also not someone obvious as KA. Wasn't KA married or had a girlfriend with someone named Pizzaturtlequeen or something like that. I also tried to think of people you guys wouldn't look at like Calaaniwygen but I can't find any profile information on him.

Like i said, i'm not dead set on winning, i'm just having fun with it.

It most likely is Genesis just do to a few good facts, like ready get set go, if memory serves correctly is Genesis the book of creation? or "starting" also Once upon a time, Genesis is a story or creation, says so in the bible. If our Forum user Genesis is from Scotland than leaves are brown sky is grey fits that country. Same as the rain comment, i'm curious if pugs are a Scottish breed of dog. Also the Scottish are well known for drinking and having high tolerance towards alcoholic substances, perhaps the reference to grape juice was another Scottish hint, i wouldn't doubt "cheers" couldn't be a Scot reference either, considering it was an English phrase and the English tried to enslave the scots and Irish. Thus it becoming a common term between the 3 cultures.

I have thoroughly enjoyed reading everyone's finger pointing. The good, the bad and the crazy.
The net is closing in on the culprit. Time is of the essence. Make haste and make sure you have all stated who you think did the crime and what raised your suspicion.
