Boku pay by mobile not working?

So i got the confirmation text and it said it was a success but my WP energy does not go up?

I called billing in regards to this issue and the estimate they gave me in regards to the issue was the end of week. So guess we'll see how long it takes as its a issue with Gravity's Server not being able to talk to Boku's Billing Server end from what billing told me. Hope this helps

Im guessing its because the payment still has an ongoing transaction which is not supposed to be there. It's when you try to make another transaction and it says "Oopps you still have another transaction with Boku" Then the option Resume or Start New pops up. Even if you resume or start a new transaction, your old one stays there, which in my guess, is the reason why our WP energy won't show. Just saying 'coz I happen to see it a few hours ago before Boku payment option closes.

Anyways, this is on my other thread, so I'll just post my ticket here aswell since Oda replied here. Hope management see this through fast.

Pressed pay5 for example but no confirmation text or thank you text. I don't bother sending in ticket because the suggestion doesn't help at all. Please help us? And fix this thing wIth boku

I tried paying again but the loading bar won't load at all after i replied to the msg they send me when i put in my phone number. Any good help on this? I replied correctly for sure.

Aside from reporting the problem with payment to the billing department, there's virtually nothing we can do to help you on the forums.

I have already reported a few times. Each time i was directed to some random boku help which has no link with what i mentioned. I give up.

There was an announcement regarding Boku payment issues 2 days ago, but it disappeared shortly thereafter. Can you try the payment option again to see if it's working? I'll be able to report it up if you are still having problems.

I tried but couldn't pay at all. This time was worst. When I hit Pay5 the msg cannot be delivered at all. :/ I just tried a minute ago.

Happened to me yesterday :( I tried to load 2.50NZD worth of WP and I received a text telling me to send "Pay". I sent Pay and I was charged but my WP never came.

Boku not working properly today i try to use boku but message said sorry your payment failed, no charges were made..but why my load 20SR cut, two time i try then same again cut..please solve this issue..how about our WP..
