Hmm they removed boku option from payment plz dont let this be a 1 week ordeal
I called billing in regards to this issue and the estimate they gave me in regards to the issue was the end of week. So guess we'll see how long it takes as its a issue with Gravity's Server not being able to talk to Boku's Billing Server end from what billing told me. Hope this helps

Happened to me yesterday I tried to load 2.50NZD worth of WP and I received a text telling me to send "Pay". I sent Pay and I was charged but my WP never came.
