Does that mean I have to re-enter my credit card information, and since I did that already will it go through twice?

No, it won't go through twice.

The first payment you attempt isn't processed.

^{Yes, it will take 24 hours or so before you can be approved by a GM to buy WPE. So the payment you made, didnt go through. In other words, you didny pay anything. Check your email to see if you have been aproved to buy WPE. Once you have, go crazy lol.}

If I were you I wouldn't bother buying the New Boxes or Crates, It's not worth it all you will get is crap unless you buy 40+ total of boxes

Do what I do, just go through paypal so you dont have to input your CC info a million times, despite the option "Save Credit Card Info" It's ALWAYS blank when I make a new payment.

That's where I just said screw it I'll just go instant-pay with paypal instead from now on...

The worst that ever got hacked was my Steam account, and that was one day the hacker only had it, got it back quickly with some proof, ID, and CD keys~

I watch my statements often, so nothing's been compromised as of yet.
