The following problem has been resolved! Please try logging in again and let us know how it goes.

I am currently looking into this. I am able to reproduce the problem and am in contact with our Server Administrator and Kalydo contact. We are troubleshooting to find the cause and to resolve the issue. We apologize for this problem preventing some users from accessing the service via Browser. If you would still like to continue playing Requiem in the meantime, while we get to the bottom of this problem, try using the Full Client. Logging in with the Full Client is working. If you need to download and install the Full Client there are links you can use below to do so.

in web client i just can see log in then its fails

Try logging in and it says to reinstall kalydo?... And redo all those map resources?... Check into it real quick, not a fan or redoing all that....

You need to clear your Cookies and Cache Draker.

 

Make sure to clear it fully.

I'm having same problem I have cleared cache on all 6 browser I have used and tried it on win xp,win 7 and win 8 and no luck as of now

A ticket would be required at this point. With the information you submit, we should be able to fully resolve the "No Such ID Exists" error once and for all! Hopefully.

I too am having this issue!

I am not able to log in at all! If I try the browser, I get the No ID EXISTS error.

If I thry the Client, I get the Error 6: Unable to connect to the Internet error!

This is very frustrating, and I do clean my cookies every day and each time I log in new during the day. I have also tried unloading and re-down loading the client 4 times!

I have a 57 megabits per second speed here and this is the ONLY game I have issues with! It is on YOUR END and you need to fix this... or lose users!

 I was about to become new game user and when i read some posts about the same problem i have (ERROR      No such ID exists ) for 2 days now .. am off ....   having same problem after server maintence is disaster!  I also read about class skils problems after maintence and decided to let it go. 

 

I registered on Warpportal and I did game acc.    I cleared my cache  few times to be shure and still nothing   .

 

have fun with game .. shame i lost interest atm.
