First of all, proposals and not proposels.

Anyway, one of the most annoying things that I found was that when you swapped weapons, the skill bar didn't also swap as well. Given that there are many skills that cannot be used with both weapon sets, this seems to be a bit of an oversight.

Another annoying point was that when a NPC or a quest menu (like Prayer) had multiple quests, you had to keep talking to the same NPC, or pressing Z in order to get all the other quests as well. The player should be allowed to return to the main menu after accepting/finishing a quest, to continue accepting/finishing quests.
