How does one go about obtaining a Moon Rabbit Hat? I cannot find any outside information through the net so I figured I woudl just ask here. Thanks for anyone's help.

Right now, your only option is to buy one. The moon rabbit hat was the reward for the Harvest Moon Festival event last year. See Harvest Moon Festival wiki.
