When the +Atk procs, does this actually do anything for the class, considering Dexterity is what's needed? I haven't noticed an increase in damage output, but then again...
Just wondering, out of curiosity. Thoughts?

The damage difference isn't noticeable unless you have maximized power or something.
Better off with an Evil Marching Hat if you need more damage.
