I apologize for being buried in work behind the scenes and for appearing to neglect these forums. Here are more details from the report as promised.<br><br>In summary of the report sent: Statistics/Trends, User Feedback and Publishers Analysis - Post Version 83 Skill Update<br><br>PART I<br>- The 1st part of the report included data with our analysis (focused on the Job Change trends among users).<br>* It was attached to the message in this conversation sent Sunday, July 01, 2012 6:40 PM.<br>- There is also another addition to the 1st part which included Before and After Job Change data (as was requested by the Studio).<br>* It was attached to the reply in this conversation sent Sunday, July 01, 2012 6:54 PM.<br><br>PART II<br>- The 2nd part of the report specifically included the data related to learning skills after changing jobs during the Free Job Change Period.<br><br>This completes the Reporting part of our agreement. The Studio should now review and then discuss the matter further in our next video conference. Now that the data and feedback has been gathered and reported we would like to meet to discuss our analysis and make suggestions to better the service based on the data and feedback.<br><br><br>(The last video conference with this subject was on 14-July-2012)<br>In summary of video conferences post skill update:<br><br>Version 83 Skill Update – 1. Basically, we've done all that we can in providing the devs with User Feedback and data found during job change event and we have not gotten any response from the Devs that would make us believe that they are willing to make any of the changes that we requested.

If anything, we believe that they understand that any future skill updates should focus on 'strengthening weaker classes' instead of 'nerfing stronger classes'.

You should ask for players opinions on overpowered classes imo, not base it purely on statistics of job changes.

Mystic is very popular because they are "op" in pve but are average in pvp, therefore it somewhat balances it and they don't need to be nerfed.

Currently more op classes in PVP are druids, sins and 1 warlord skill - overbearing clamor (reduce its duration to about 10 seconds, easy fix) at lvl 85.

With highest priority being druids because they went from somewhat 1v1 specialists to all round op class which dashes, heals, defense buff, aoe, 5 STUNS, plenty of 30m instant nukes, crit buff. My suggestion is to take away their aoe skill - ragging bugs? forgot name and give it to elementalists (since they are less popular). It should be a simple fix which would not destroy druid class but boost elem class.

I did include sins into my op class because they just have too much op skills with too favourable duration/cd ratio. I know they are meant to be 1v1 specialists but when you can barely fight back as +30 person it doesn't seem right. There are number of things you could do, for example: reduce brutal scud duration 7>5 seconds OR increase the cooldown of it by x2. Make stealth have a duration which is not longer than it's cooldown or at least increase the cooldown duration on the current stealth. Make stealing weapon be reducing % of weapon dmg as you lvl up not whole weapon dmg. Decrease duration of blinding attack, either skill or dna since you decreased durations of berserker and commander slow to 4/m for 10 sec at max lvl without any additional DNA.

Those changes would mean that assassins would need to think and plan more carefully when and where to use their skills and not just spam them 3 times within 1 fight just because they can.

the "Real" Problem is the tuning for the Brackets.

Caster Classes are NOT OP and Mele are not UP
its Resist VS Defense and Heals VS Attack Speed Buff

ofc. they wont change it back cuz. there is a lvl cap increase coming
what most likely changes the Balance of the BF Brackets again
Since ever the Fine tuning for the FoC Brackets was terrible.

The OP and UP is based of the lvl cap and thus of the Skills and DNA restrictions.

so let me ask WHY have some classes lvl 70 skills and some don`t?

those have:

WHY is it like that?

i say make the 80 skills lvl 70
and the 70 lvl 60!


for example:

Dominator
- Lityfing Foc
is lvl 70 but would be perfect counter for Terrified Scream from Warlord at 69 Foc

well its not like that cuz of the lvl cap increase.

But i say its not Player friendly and retarded to weaker skills instead of making a 3d job
or just improve skills forther to lets say 15 or 20 Skill Points.

So button line
Devs are forcing us to lvl some classes where other are at Skill advantage on the each BF Bracket.

Don't give me this low hp and defence bullcrap. Half sins I fight have at least 15k hp and 2k def...

Did you even read what I wrote? Increasing cooldown on some skills is hardly a nerf but small inconvenience which will separate trash from slightly skilled players.

2. Didn't sign up because fails at pvp.

Not a lie , mb a mistake about sherminator i really didnt know what class he played i just went along with the pingpong talk he had with threat .
And about 2nd one that requiem sux ... no im not to busy posting then rather playing , requiem really does suck ... it revolves only @ +30ing ( want to pvp "+30 1st" , want to raid "+30 1st" , want to pk "+30 1st" , want to do etc "buy mall 1st" ).
